The room was very nice and clean. The sea views from our room were beautiful and we were greeted by the sunrise every morning. Breakfast in the restaurant was of a very good standard and dinner was equally as nice. Hotel staff are so accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy. The best hotel we have stayed at in Thailand so far. Hotel staff accommodated my request to have the bed decorated so I could propose to my now fiancé.

staff were so friendly & helpful every single time even when we ordered Grab food they brought it up to us without us asking wow….free buggy rides, room service was quick, housekeeping always did an amazing job, the pool & room was soooo beautiful, they gave us a nintendo switch to play with which was so fun, they also provided us with a speaker which we loved to play music. They have an app where u can communicate with the hotel & order a buggy, etc. Everything was perfect!! Highly recommend staying here!! It was definitely a luxury 5 star resort <3

The room was nice, kinda restricted view, small cozy pool, nice bathtub. I made a surprise birthday for my husband, the decorations were beautiful, the cake looked and tasted so good. Daily refill for the bar, free buggy to every spot in the hotel, very helpful and cheerful staff. There was a Starbucks on the rooftop with magnificent view.

The apartment was beautiful, private swimming pool and everything was spotlessly clean. Our maid was exceptionally good at cleaning and refreshed our room daily. We stayed for 8 nights. The concierge team were so welcoming and the ladies in spa so friendly. The concierge team on the buggies were such a great team! Breakfast was first class every morning. We ate a few times in the restaurant, food was stunning & service although friendly at times could be very slow. The reception team also brilliant helped me organise flowers for my wife on Valentine’s Day. We had an amazing stay. Only downside was location. Although beautiful to look out at, you need to get taxis everywhere and nothing really walkable…. But that is just a small part! I would recommend Sinae, it’s luxurious, beautiful and must of all has such a great team! They really do wish you the best time.

The hotel is absolutely outstanding in all aspects. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly. I really liked the app with all the information about the hotel. The rooms are well designed, clean, comfortable and the complimentary mini bar was a bonus! They even left us an extra valentines treat in the minibar which was thoughtful! The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious.

This hotel is a beautiful little gem. I wish I could have stayed longer. The staff are attentive, breakfast was great and the dinner menu was impressive with a variety of halal choices. The food was simple but tasty. Best of all, the hilltop cafe view and the views from the rooms are just spectacular. If you are wanting to look for a peaceful scenic location (but also close enough to Phuket old town), then look no further. I look forward to coming back again and hope this hotel maintains its excellent standard.
