Very friendly service, a beautiful hotel with a lovely garden and nice pool. The breakfast was amazing - many great options, would love to come here again if it were just for the breakfast. We got an upgrade of the room which was also very nice.

We were upgraded by the hotel as we had stayed once before .. which was a lovely gesture. Staff are super friendly and super helpful. My gf wanted hash browns for breakfast but they weren't on that day, 5 minutes later they bought them over having made for her. Concierge and red girl staff are happy to sort anything out for you

This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The hotel is modern, spacious, lovely green garden, breakfast outstanding. Quiet, effective airconditioning. We had room service three nights, and the food was top notch. Staff was so attentive and polite, really extraordinary service. Not in the city center, but really easy and cheap to get a taxi (app: Grab, Thailand’s Uber). The hotel arranged airport pick up service in a decent BMW 7-series. Very careful driver. Giant gym, well equipped, fantastic outdoor pool on the 9th floor. Sunbeds are all placed in the shadow, which is very clever because of the unbearable heat.

This hotel has one of the best buffet breakfasts in Thailand. I would travel internationally merely to sample an exceptional buffet breakfast, and let me tell you this was a good one. The rooms were a good size. The hotel is beautiful and has a peaceful energy. It is clearly a real 5-star hotel run to a real 5-star standard.
