The rooms are basic but have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bed is super comfy and the shower decent which is all I ask for really! Nice large balcony area with a Jacuzzi which we didn’t actually use so cannot comment on that! The pool was cute and as the hotel wasn’t busy there was always a free bed for us. The staff were nice and helpful. Tom on receptions was particularly helpful and gave lots of advice and arranged for a lift for us to the bus station on departure.l which was much appreciated.

As soon as we checked in, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic and very spacious and even had a separate sitting area to watch a massive TV of required. Also had an outside area which had enough sitting for 8-10 people and then there is the jacuzzi which is the cherry on top - I would suggest you buy a bath bomb and use it 😉 The beds were comfortable - I had been in Thailand for a few weeks and been suffering with bad backs because of the beds, and this was the only hotel that didn't cause me any issues.

The staff were great. I really enjoyed the food. They provide a free shuttle to the Chatuchak market or BTS station at Mo Chit. The aquarium in the restaurant is amazing!!

At first I thought it was a little out of the way, however they offered free rides to shopping centres and to convenient transport stations. V20 was quiet and the staff were excellent in all aspects. They were exceptionally helpful with recommendations to restaurants and other attractions. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was just amazing! The jacuzzi with our room, the beautiful pool, free massage chairs, other additional recreational activities with a small charge that were available and the helpful staff. Some English spoken by most staff but the nice man on the front desk nearly every day spoke good English, all were friendly and helpful. The bed was a huge wow factor, the biggest we have ever had in a hotel, clean and comfortable. Soundproofing worked well, we were near the pool too, never heard any noise outside our room. The huge inbuilt aquarium near the eating area was another huge wow factor, plenty of lovely fish of all sizes to watch. A free shuttle hourly to any nearby activities was a big bonus. Very good coffee at breakfast time! Close to Chatuchak Market, and yes, free shuttle there. Good location, some nice local restaurants and at least 3 x 7/11 supermarkets within walking distance, as was a Big C and a good local market and coffee shop.
