Той випадок коли оцінка значно нижча через відмінність реалій від базової інформації у букінгу. При дуже високому рівні якості житла і відмінній чистоті...дуже неприємне перше враження. Відсутність достовірної інформації що панорамний вид з будинку - на цвинтар (кладовище)... І сама реакція власника на зауваження ( "їдьте в готель Казка" там і чан є і цвинтаря не має"... ) зруйнували перше враження. Розвиток внутрішнього туризму передбачає зростання сервісу і достовірність наданої інформації, впевнений що власники зроблять правильні висновки - тому готель раджу. Він класний і зроблений з любов'ю.
