Лучшее расположение. В 50 метрах от кромки озера, от самого большого на Свитязе пляжа отделен только автострадой. Рядом - продуктовый магазин и ресторан (в сентябре уже не работал). Двухэтажный отель с небольшими, но очень практичными номерами. Мебель - икеевская. Общий балкон.
