The Lake Village Lodge is small, clean and cute. It’s an old-style motel that has been updated with cabin decor. Right off the highway and one of CdA’s most popular breakfast restaurants is across the highway about a 1/4 mile up. Parking is tight, it’s a small establishment, surprisingly no road noise from the highway or freeway. Appears to be at the edge of the older part of CdA.

I appreciate the consistency and straight forward, business attitude of the staff while still keeping a courteous and professional relationship with customers. I've stayed at several more expensive rooms at nearby hotels throughout this summer and I can honestly say Budget saver not only made my boys and I feel safe but they also had the CLEANEST! I had stayed at a bit of a dodgy motel on Saturday night in Surrey British Columbia and I needed to elevate my hotel game! I nailed it with The Roosevelt Inn! Tina and John Hough have a gem of a hotel and location! Everybody deserves to experience this breath-taking establishment. The furnishings within all of the suites are stunning. The bed that I slept on in the Burns Suite had the most comfortable mattress ever! I cannot wait to return to the Roosevelt with my wife.

The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained and the lobby sitting area was very cozy and comfortable. The staff was always very helpful and made sure we always had fresh sheets, towels and a clean room. We enjoyed our breakfasts and the 24 hour coffee and hot water station. The hotel is in a great location on Sherman Ave. Close to shops, restaurants, the lake and beautiful scenery!
