What a wonderful town so full of history!
What a wonderful town so full of history! So many interesting stores with historical backgrounds. Definitely visit the Pacific War Museum and go to a reenactment if there's one on that day. Too many great places to eat, drink and shop in.

Downtown Fredericksburg is cute with lots of shops, although most are pricey. Free street parking! Many, many wineries nearby!
Lady Bird Park is amazing! We were in town for viewing the solar eclipse, and they treated us like royalty! No charge for admittance. No parking passes needed. Tons of staff available throughout! Permanent restrooms and tons of porta potties. Free eclipse glasses. Food and souvenirs available. The park is big, beautiful, and well-maintained. We were in a car, but there were camping sites too. Surprisingly fast and easy getting out of the park due to folks directing traffic. Kudos to whomever was in charge of Lady Bird Park on April 8, 2024!

All merchants restaurant personal were friendly and polite.
All merchants restaurant personal were friendly and polite. Things went well with all reservations. The price for the rental was high dye to the eclipse. Even guides at enchanted Rock were helpful and allowed us in, even though we didn't have reservations.

I thought Main St in Fredericksburg was too expensive.
I thought Main St in Fredericksburg was too expensive. Most of the items we looked at were made in China and overpriced. We were disappointed in the items available and the prices.
I would have enjoyed seeing more of the town and learning more about the community.

Fredericksburg is a weekend town catering for tourists.
Quieter during the week which I preferred. Lots to see and do in the area. Museums and wineries to visit.
Live music in the saloons and some restaurants which I enjoyed.
We loved our stay here and wished it was longer than just 1 night. Super handy for Luckenbach Music/Dancehalll and set in a lovely remote setting. The hot tub, chapel, swing chair, goats, chickens, and horses make it such a unique stay! The bed was very comfortable and room spotless. Jenny & Doug were super friendly and helpful! Jenny recommended a great restaurant nearby where the food was brilliant. Would love to come back and have already recommended to friends
The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s a perfect (very large) cabin with phenomenal views. You can connect with nature or drive 10 mins to downtown Fredericksburg. Every cabin has their own private hot tub that is well maintained. The bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had.
Very clean facilities and the staff was excellent. Located close to downtown so everything is nearby. Will stay here again when in Fredericksburg and hopefully for more than 1 night. Very short but pleasurable stay. Comfortable beds and good breakfast.
Very well maintained remodeled small motel.
Shower was TINY. TV was small.
Bed was superb.
Coffee maker and refrigerator are available at a daily fee . I didn't need either.
Very limited parking. Close to city center. Great prices.
Will stay again.
One of the least expensive places to stay in Fredericksburg. It is close to everything, but most places are in Fredericksburg. It had A/C. It is pet friendly. I didn't have my room key and the desk clerk was helpful to let me into my room.
Well located in Downtown of Fredericksburg. Pool and garen area are great! Lot of dpace to relax or connect with others. Free coffee and soda 24/7. Enough parking space (for free). Staff was friendly and helped out at any time -- great team!
It was a fantastic value and family operated by really nice people. It's a short drive to the attractions of downtown Fredericksburg where I had no problem finding a place to park.
I would stay there again if I come back to the area.
This has become my go to hotel in Fredericksburg. It's easily walking distance to everything and the pool is really nice to relax in on a hot day. Rooms are spacious and modern as well.
