Very nice and cozy place. We were there in winter and the room was warm and clean. There were many drawers and shelves for things. Nice staff. I recommend!

The price was very reasonable. The quality of the staff, cleanliness, and rooms was well above the rate we were charged. Thank you for an amazing experience! I look forward to booking additional visits.

Dewey is a great beach town!
Dewey is a great beach town! Small enough to walk everywhere, including the beach! It is a nice mix of quiet beach time with good restaurants and nighttime options. We stayed during the week but it does get more crowded on the weekends. Rehobeth and Bethany are nearby for more shopping and dining spots. We enjoyed getting coffee /breakfast each morning at Baked Coffee and Sandy Donuts. Nalu was an awesome lunch spot and we had an amazing diner at Starboard Claw. My only negative would be no public bathrooms near the beach - but otherwise it's a favorite beach town for us!

The beach was very clean.
The beach was very clean. It was a ten minute walk from our hotel. We enjoyed our trip to the Rusty Rudder. The service was great, the entertainment was very good and the food was good. The Point restaurant was very good for breakfast and lunch. Dinners you had a variety of selection.
What is missing is that you are tied down to the beach since there is no
boardwalk.
The town is very small and limited to hotels and restaurants.

I've never stayed in another facility in Dewey Beach over all the years we have been coming here that was more pleasant. The staff is superior. So attentive to detail and helpful in every way. The Adams Motel and Villas is THE place to stay in Dewey Beach.

Beach access wonderful, front desk personnel welcoming and kind, plenty of towels & toilet paper, the only improvement suggestion would be keyless entry, since the key was hard to insert into the knob?....also, when I turned on the faucet, there was a ticking noise, and every time I sat on the toilet it would shake and the lid was clang on the toilet base...plumbing issues?

Dewey is a lovely beach to visit.
Dewey is a lovely beach to visit. The town is small but nestled right next to Rehoboth where you can enjoy browsing in tiny shops. You can wake up early to see the sunrise and then enjoy drinks and food by a gorgeous sunset on the bayside at The Lighthouse or Rusty Rudder. Nalu restaurant is also a favorite. Just 2 -4 blocks between bay and ocean makes the town walkable. And please bring your pooch. They will feel welcomed here and will have a delightful time.
I have to say I have stayed at many places in my life and I always thought it was a huge hotel/many floors/city view type of person but after staying here that all changed for me. It has the most amazing staff, the pool is so nice and clean, but the absolute best part of this property is the 150 foot pier in the back. We went every single day and just sat at the edge for hours and thankfully we got the BEST weather and the water views were simply incredible! This will hands down be a place we will visit every summer going forward!
Breakfast: Surprised at the healthy options available - boiled eggs in addition to the unhealthy ones, good bread, fresh fruit (not form the can), cereals, yogurt etc. Don't need all those packaged stuff. Fresh eggs would be nice on weekends.
Hygiene: Very clean, love the pet friendly option and not having to use an elevator in Covid times.
Location: Amazing, 1 block walk to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, since commercial parking is difficult. Hotel parking was so convenient.
Excellent location near the center of town and very close to the beach with ample free parking. There are several restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable and decorated in cheery colors. The staff was friendly, although they did fail to replace a light bulb after I had told them it was burned out. Overall it was a very good value for a hotel located so close to the beach.
Bell Buoy is a very small basic hotel. We have stayed here twice and will return. Rooms are basic hotel room with a small microwave and refrigerator, coffee is available in the morning near the office. Staff is helpful and friendly. We like the location on the ocean side of rt 1 and in walking distance of anything in Dewey Beach. We like the patio area and the garden and the resident cat.
The location was excellent and the staff couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, fridge, microwave, iron etc. A good hot breakfast included in the Room Rate and nice little touches like happy hour with cheese and wine late afternoon set this above most hotels. Guests return year after year.
We needed a place for one night near Rehobeth. It wasn’t super expensive relative to other places, it was clean, the staff was nice, there was water, snacks (including fresh fruit) and coffee in the office. It’s a nice motel about a 10 minute walk from Dewey Beach and a 5 minute drive to Rehobeth.
Great location, cheapest around, friendly folks, stayed there 9 nights. Shower pressure and bathroom were better than most way more expensive hotel rooms, excellent. Room was clean. Beds were clean. Overall I'd stay here repeatedly.
great location right on the beach, even had a beach view… fantastic room, one of the best hotel rooms i’ve ever stayed in… large, comfortable, big bed, clean, well appointed, kitchenette… perfect room. walk to everything.
This hotel was in a great location near the beach and places to eat. parking was right by our room. The price was reasonable and bed was comfortable. Nothing fancy but it was an older well kept motel.
Staff was courteous and provided helpful information (local restaurants, pet friendly locations etc.) Easy access to the beach. Private parking. Problems upon arrival were resolved in a timely manner.
We loved the proximity to Key Box beach, the beach we like to go to, and Rehoboth. It's right in the middle of both. We also like that they are pet friendly as we like to bring our dog with us.
It is one of the best location you will find at an affordable rate. It's a short 3 minute walk to the beach, if you are facing the right direction, you can actually see the sea from the hotel.
Friendly and polite staff; Clean hotel; Excellent location; Great water pressure in the shower; Great updated lounge chairs at the pool with beautiful flower arrangements; Reasonably priced
