The parking was convenient. Having a restaurant of such high quality was a bonus. The continental breakfast was good. The bedding was very comfortable and the deeper tub with a view of the TV was relaxing and convenient.

Used to live near Bethel but live in the southern part of the state now. Going to Bethel to see the Maine Mineral and Gem Museum is a MUST! Incredible museum within wonderful exhibits and staff. Also only place I have ever seen a meteorite exhibit and held rock from the moon and Mars in my hands!!!

Bethel is a cute little town that seems to have plenty of goods and services available if you are traveling. Unfortunately, I arrived late on a Sunday afternoon and left on Monday, so many restaurants were closed already.

Attempted to check in and the office was close. Had to go to another motel. Contacted the owner after I returned home and was tolf she would refund my fee. She did not. Contacted her again a week later and she told me she had thought about it and would only refund half my cost. I agreed but she did not refund that either. I do not recommend this motel to anyone.

Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant in the hotel.
Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant in the hotel. The room is spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The bathroom is large, clean, modern and is well lit, which is a rarity in hotel rooms. We also appreciate the heat in the bathroom - cold bathrooms are so awful. Bonus - Keurig coffee maker in the room!

Quiet, beautiful, delightful tho limited shopping and warm attitude by everyone. Excellent restaurants and ambience. One of the most beautiful small towns in Maine has something for everyone - except handy coffee-on-the-go! Exquisite 100 yr old hotel, golf course surrounded by lovely hills & mountains.
Closes up early!
Clean and compact rooms with comfortable beds. Owners have added a communal annex area with free snacks and coffee. They also offer daily housekeeping, which the other far more expensive hotels in Maine (and everywhere) have done away with. Great location about a five-minute drive to central Bethel.
We so enjoyed staying here. And John and Jan were incredible hosts. She is a great cook with a delicious made from scratch breakfast each morning. And a fresh baked goody in the middle of the day like brownies and cookies. John quite the historian and also told us of places to go within Bethel.
Great location on Bethel's Main Street anf close to many restaurants, coffee shops, banks and a grocery store. We loved the parlor with its antique furniture. The owners made us feel like we were at home. John recommended a visit to the nearby Maine Mineral and Gem Museum, which I enjoyed.
Perfect stay! Easy to find, good parking, friendly, informative hosts, great breakfast, pleasant surroundings, easy walking distance to restaurants, plenty to do around Bethel - excellent museum right next door where we were able to hold a piece of moon rock and a piece of Mars!
Once they switched our room, we were happy. The new room was in the main lodge and was clean and nice. This room looked like the online pictures and was worth the nightly fee. The inn location is great - near the little downtown and close to Sunday River.
Great location in Bethel. We used it as a launching point to hike Old Speck in nearby Grafton State Park. No service people on site, you check in with a code which was very convenient. We had an end unit with windows so that was nice too.
Facilities clean and comfortable. Bed better than expected. Great location for Sunday River. Bethel close by and nice, small town. Wish I had been able to get in for the night after so I could use the hot tub post slopes.
The hotel has a great pool and game room for the children, plus outdoor space. It’s not fancy or stunning, it’s basic but in a great location with everything you need for a short stay.
Great location, central between Bethel Center and Sunday River. Kitchen was awesome to have, save money on food. Rooms were well stocked, comfortable, and perfect for our family.
