Fahrräder + Waschmaschine wurden vom Vermieter kostenlos gestellt. Zur Wohnung gab es zusätzlich Strandtücher, zwei Strandstühle und einen Sonnenschirm dazu. Die Küche war für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut ausgestattet (Smoothiemaker/ Backofen/ Mikrowelle/ Toaster/ großer Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach, Porzellangeschirr, diverse Kochutensilien). Parkmöglichkeiten hinter dem Haus.
