Crescent Beach Cottage is a private residence filled with local charm, ideally located across the street from the 206 Crescent beach ramp. If you want a break from the busy condos, this is it! You'll be just a few minutes' walk from the beach ramp and less than 100 steps from the Intercoastal Waterway. There are great fishing platforms under the drawbridge and the sunset each evening is truly a sight to see! This home is one of two cottages on the property. This listing is for the larger house, which offers a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a 50-inch TV, and all sorts of old-time charm. There's a new memory-foam mattress in the primary bedroom, a second guest room, and a sofabed in the sitting room. At the end of the day, grill outside on the deck and enjoy a yard that's fenced for your dogs. Not interested in cooking a big meal? Walk across the street for a fantastic meal at South Beach Grill on the ocean. Parking is provided in front of the bungalow as well (with trailers and boats welcome too!). Crescent Beach is only 11 miles south of downtown St. Augustine and 45 miles north of Daytona Beach.
