They didn't have our booking when we arrived on New Years Eve. By some miracle they found us a room which was bigger and better than we originally booked. Olivia on the desk was fantastic and fixed up a mistake which was caused by booking.com. so grateful to her for getting us a room on such a busy night. Very comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast. Happy hour free drinks and dinner included in rate. Overall a great stay
