First and foremost, we were welcomed by the lovely Olga (receptionist) who was highly attentive and detail oriented. She made us feel like VIP guests! She showed us around the property and then to our room. Everything was pristine and serene. We felt right at home immediately!

Key West is a gem of an island in the Florida Keys, popular with pleasure seekers and history buffs alike. As the most southern destination in the continental United States, Key West has a fascinating history, dating back to its settlement by Spanish explorers in the 16th century.
Today this little island off the coast of Florida attracts over a million cruise visitors a year through the Port of Key West. Visitors come to see Hemingway House, where Ernest Hemingway penned ‘A Farewell to Arms’. Key West Cemetery provides a unique walk through the multicultural past of the city. There are also trolley rides through the historic district of Jackson Square.
There’s more than just history to Key West, however. Smathers Beach is a place to have fun in the sun, while Mallory Square provides the chance to shop and watch a magnificent sunset. The excellent bus system helps you get around the island without a car.
Key West International Airport is a mere 6 kilometres to Duval Street, the heart of the city centre and a good place to stay for easily exploring the nearby sites. With accommodation ranging from resorts to B&Bs, Booking.com helps you get the best stay for the best price in Key West!
Loved the culture and friendliness of the people.
Bicycles were great to get around on.
Best activity was the sea plane to the Dry Tortugas. A little pricey, but so well worth it! Highly recommend.

Key West is gorgeous and rich with history.
Key West is gorgeous and rich with history. I would call it less of a conventional beach town, as the beaches are sparse and man made because of the whole island thing. If you love the water then this is the place. Boats, jet skis, snorkeling and more are all available for you to enjoy and Duval Street is full of shopping, restaurants and bars. There are some very unique vendors with one of a kind items and lots of art appreciation from the locals. The beach stores are a little over priced on some of their beach wares, which is typical, but there is no shortage of cute and original boutiques. Rent a scooter or a golf cart when you get there. It is the best way to travel while you are there.

There are so many things to do in Key West.
There are so many things to do in Key West. Tons of historic sites, great beaches and views, and obviously Duval Street. Definitely check out taking a day trip to Dry Tortugas to see the National Park and do some snorkeling!!! Memorable sunsets at Mallory Square. We definitely will be back, as we ran out of time to cover it all.

Sun, fun and oh so much to see, do and eat!
Sun, fun and oh so much to see, do and eat! We enjoyed Duval Street and all it had to offer. We ate at Seaside Cafe (my favorite was lobster pizza and the Mojiots). We took the ferry to Latitudes on Sunset Key, it was absolutely amazing. The food and the ambiance was phenomenal. Please be advised, reservations well in advance are required. We visited all the hot spots for drinks and entertainment. We loved breakfast at TwoFriends and Big Cheezies. You can walk or ride bikes all over. We did not rent a car but did rent a golf cart one day. That was fun and we felt safe the entire time.

Beautiful place to visit.
Beautiful place to visit. We really enjoyed the tours we took. A great place to eat was Rams Head Southernmost restaurant. Very generous portions and a great atmosphere. Pizza Joe's also had really good pizza by the slice. We found the best way to get around was to use Uber or walking. There is no parking and the traffic is very heavy. We drove to Key West but next time we would fly in and use Uber to get around.
Room was very spacious and well-equipped. Microwave, mini fridge, desk, large closet and large bathroom. Resort fee included was well worth it for the shuttle downtown which left every hour from the hotel. Much cheaper than getting uber. We didn't redeem our drink tickets due to not having time but should have to get the full value. Free breakfast was nothing spectacular but better than average continental breakfast because it included some hot food. Overall a nicer hotel and better presentation than I expected.
Beautiful and historic building in a prime location. It's not a chain hotel or a generic rental house. From the awesome decor to the "honor system" for grab and go drinks, you immediately sense that you're staying somewhere special. The cool environment becomes part of your overall vacation experience. Marreros is easy walking distance (like, around the corner) from the best bars and restaurants in Key West. Great pool, too — large, perfect temp, never crowded (often had it to myself).
Beautiful hotel of lodges grouped together on a lovely area of Key West close to the main tourist attractions. We walked everywhere from Kimpton and used the free Duval Loop bus which is just outside near the Strunks hardware store. Free to all and it takes you around Kew west for free just jump on and off. The hotel room was lovely and clean and the beds were comfy. We really felt submerged in Key West from the moment we arrived.
This is a well located motel about a 10 minute walk to Duval St that had ample free parking and was reasonably priced. Although somewhat dated the motel is very well maintained. My room was clean and spacious with efficient air conditioning, a small fridge, comfortable bed and good water pressure. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Key West.
There are several pools and a hot tub, all of them are great. There is also a bar with quite cheap drinks that you can get at any time during the day. Breakfast is good and the room (6-bed room) pretty big with comfortable bunk beads, as well as a fridge. You can also book different activities (e.g. snorkel tour) directly at the hostel. Definitely, one of the best value for money options in Key West.
We had one night in Key West, and this hotel was perfect for our needs. Friendly staff, nice pool, lots of towels. great a/c and a spacious and comfortable room for our family of 3. Our teenager found the sofa bed very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was one of the best we've had--omelette's made to order in addition to a continental breakfast were an apprecaited addition.
I could not be more happier with our stay. From the staff to the room size to the location. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. I came to this hotel open minded and hoping for the best due to it being somewhat of a budget friendly hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Who needs something fancy when staying in Key West anyway!? I will return!
Best hotel I've ever stayed in her, and I've been to Key West many times before. Superfresh and newly renovated rooms and neatly kept pool area. Good breakfast that is included in the price and perfect location next to Hemingway house/Southernmost point and Duval street. The room is cleaned twice/day.
The hotel seemed relatively new and almost every area of the hotel impeccably well designed, moderate and elaborate, especially in comparison to other Key West hotels at the same/similar star rating or even higher! It is a diamond in the rough and a very pleasant surprise.
Great location and Caribbean vibe! Shuttle is excellent! It allows guess to go out, enjoy cocktails, wines and good dinners and return safely to the hotel! Pool is great!!!
Staff is very friendly! After visiting Key West a few times Havana Cabana has become our favorite!
A super nice "small hotel".
With a perfect distance to the center of key west. It is wonderfully peaceful and quiet. But it is possible to walk or cycle to Duval st.
It was continental breakfast, but of a better quality one expected.
It was where you want to stay if you want to be in Key West. Others are just great hotels that you can enjoy anywhere in the world. Duval is Key West why go to the end of the USA to stay in in another hotel?
Good looking hotel, Key West style.
Large and very nice pool. Breakfast by the pool (even if the breakfast quality is medium).
Free shuttle to go to the city center.
Expensive but quite ok for Key West.
Wonderful hotel, right downtown, large rooms, large beds, parking ensured!
The staff and the lady at the reception helped us a lot to defused stressful driving down to Key West from Miami
We only slept here one night. Quite an expensive hotel, but that's Key West. Close to many restaurants, about half an hour's walk to the center. Possibility to rent bicycles (for a fee).
A very nice hotel in an excellent location on Key West. We stayed 2 nights, with a trip to the Dry Tortugas in between, and the hotel was only 3 blocks to the boat landing.
Amazing in all ways, one of the best hotels in Key West. very clean and comfortable rooms, rooftop pool was nice, service was excellent. highly recommend!
