They first gave away our room for March 6.
They first gave away our room for March 6. Then on Sunday March 7th gave us the wrong room with someone was already staying in. Then when i check my banking account, they over charge me by $40.00 and a couple of dollars. I ask for a copy of the bill to b send to my email address but they did not.

Everything about it was nasty. It’s no way someone thought it was okay to give that room to someone. You guys shouldn’t even be in business anymore. Pictures online of the cleanness and nice quality rooms do not match what it’s really like in person. I ended my stay very early here because I was so uncomfortable. A young guy, I didn't get his name but he was very sweet and very efficient. The scrambled eggs were very good. Also there's a automated pancake machine that was super cool. The pancakes were actually very good. The location was good for the Conyers/Lithonia suburbs and the mall in Stonecrest.
