The hotel was In a great location, and although one of our requests wasn't able to be met (check out a 12 noon) the staff was super friendly, and accommodating. the hotel had a nice aesthetic and was close to may restaurants and bars.

Due to full trains, broke up the journey here between Boston and NYC. Not really accessible without a car. Included breakfast was good.

Breakfast provided a good selection of a classic American breakfast. We would have liked more fruits.
Rooms were very clean, we were informed that room service is provided every other day (which was fine for us), the receptionist could have made it clearer, that we still need ask for it.

I travel often for work so I am quite familiar with hotels and its fees. I will say the facilities were clean and will worked for a quick short stay. The front desk staff and concierge were not pleasant. My shower head was calcified and broken and I was charged $26 for a cot that 24 hours prior I was told by a gentleman on the phone that it was free. Concierge stood and looked at me while they saw me and my guest struggle to carry our suitcases down the steps - in what world is that okay? I was so irritated, I just swiftly left.
With a few tweaks, change in management, staff etc I would come back.

We booked this hotel at the very last minute because of a change in our plans.
It was great. Very clean, comfortable bed. Great staff.
One comment:
The quality of the bath towels does not meet the quality of the facility. You need to do better on that.
But all in all a great place to stay.

It was extremely difficult to find.
It was extremely difficult to find. Breakfast (what there was of it) was s supposed to be 6 to 9, but when I went in at 8:30, it was all closed up; in fact, it looked like ti had never been opened up.

I visit Stamford often and frequent the Harborview area. The rooftop dining is stellar and there is always plenty to do in the city, be it outdoor music or s stroll along the sound. The atmosphere is like a "mini New York"

We were in town for just one night.
We were in town for just one night. We checked in later in the evening and there were many places to eat literally a minute away! The parking was full and we had to park about two blocks away. It was fine.
The room was nice. The pull out couch had no linens. We called the front desk and received new linens within 15 minutes. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Staff in building let kids run around the 4th floor all night, slamming doors yelling, smoking pot. We complained to the desk, and they never did anything about it.
The rugs were filthy in the hotel. The sink in our room had food from someone else that had stayed there stuck in the drain. disgusting
Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel was clean and had a heated pool. It had a well-equipped gym. They even had guest laundry facilities which was very helpful for solo travelers like me who pack light. The location was awesome. It was close to the train station and to downtown Stamford. There was even a spa and a transport agency within hotel premises. They also had free tourist brochures of various US spots.
We had stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago. It was more run down then before. There were extra charges on our bill. The carpet strip in our room was poking through. When you went from the tile to the carpet you would step on the small tacks/nails. The bat area was only open for a couple hours. Closed at 10:30 so you couldn’t hang out with friends. Beds were very comfy.
This property is showing its age. The room needed spiffing up and minor repairs to accessories in the bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen equipment was minimal and would have been inadequate if we had tried to cook. In general, we visit friends and family in the Stamford area and the location and parking were fine, but it was overpriced.
I have now stayed there 3 times and when I booked for this stay I didn't realize it was the hotel I've stayed at before. The price was abnormally low. This place is the nicest in the area. Quiet, clean, upscale and has a little food service area where you can buy snacks and drinks.
It was pretty nice, but some details were seriously off-putting. The wallpaper all over the hotel and in the rooms is peeling. The alarm clock wasn’t plugged in. The thermostat had a bright blue screen that couldn’t be turned off. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I had to.
Affordable hotel with a convenient location in terms of where we needed to be. Friendly staff, overall clean room, comfortable bed. Right next to a Taco Bell for easy food access. Near Cove Island park, which was great for birding. Breakfast included. Free and easy parking.
Staff was friendly. Room was clean. We had dinner at Tavolino in the hotel and everything was great. Almost charged me too much for my room vs my quotes price,BUT , not a big deal as the manager came and corrected in very quickly . No issue. A 10 rating.
The staff was very outgoing and friendly. The parking garage was convenient, especially being able to go from the garage up into the hotel and avoiding the downpouring rain. The room was clean, although dated, which I knew beforehand from other reviews.
while the hotel and its interior is a bit outdated, the rooms are still clean and cosy.
My room didn’t had a nice view as I watched in the backyard next to the neighbour building, anyway a nice and comfortable place for sleep.
The location, ease of parking across the street, friendly welcome on arrival. The hotel is bright and the room was larger than expected and really well equipped, very comfortable bed and lovely pillows.
The place was super Quiet the Parking Garage have a lots of space stuff was friendly and helpful The room was clean and beautiful Best hotel for me so far I will come back!
housekeeping ladies do a good cleaning of room but the hallway needs work and the constant room renovation around the hotel leaves debris every where around hallway
