My recent stay at your hotel was truly excellent! The charm and distinctive decoration set it apart from typical, uninspired accommodations. The comfortable amenities and ideal location made for a perfect stay, leaving me eager to return for another memorable experience.

Although the room was nice, it smelled and had very little natural light. Disappointing for a suite!

The King Suite was amazing and perfectly set up.
The King Suite was amazing and perfectly set up. It had plenty of space and 2 separate ac/heat units so we were able to keep both rooms at the perfect temps. The shower was great for pressure and hot water settings. The room had 2 big tv’s and living room side had plenty of seats and a great couch as well.
There is a club attached to the hotel with live music which was great and the hotel had a small bar with an amazing Bartender. He was funny and could hold a great conversation with all of us at the bar of all ages. The price for drinks wasn’t too bad either.
Some of the things I didn’t like was the pricey breakfast as they do not have a buffet style you have to order individual items off a menu. It cost us $50 for 2 people to have breakfast and a coffee. Also the pillows on the bed were not that great, they could use an upgrade for the price you pay to stay here.
All in all it was a fun hotel stay and was great to see all the staff smiling and willing to help/answer anyone’s questions. The hotel is run by good people you can tell by the quality of the staff. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip back to RI.

Providence is an amazing art and culture city that has a million things to do, from big museums, a large mall and great restaurants, all the way to small book stores, bars and galleries tucked away everywhere. Plus, it's small and you can experience the city, the beach, the forest, all of Rhode Island quickly and easily. Plus, a great LGBTQ+ scene in a very accepting environment

The trip was great!
The trip was great! A weekend is a nice amount of time to spend. The food is really good, try Nicks on Broadway and sit at the bar to watch the kitchen. The zoo is wonderful, make sure you ask when the elephants will be inside. Gather Glass was another stop to make ornaments, really great group and a fun experience. Would highly recommend Providence for a weekend stay!

Providence is a nice small city with several universities, including Brown, which we went to for a graduation. It is very manageable to walk around, is very proud of its old buildings (many old homes) and protects them with historic preservation status. Many have plaques with names and dates of construction.
It is also near Newport, Wickford, and Jamestown and all the history associated with those port cities and their wealthy patrons.

I hate staying in hotels that are small, old and off the beaten path. The Dean hotel is all those but I loved it. From the original floor to the outstanding attitudes of the workers, I wish I could have stayed longer. They were so helpful in telling me some good places to eat and see. I will surely stay there again the next time I'm in Providence. I can't say enough about this hotel. You have to experience it to know what I'm saying. Make sure you eat at Murphey's pub which is right next door. The house pickles are fantastic and I can't say when I've had better fish and chips. Take the time to walk downtown and see the sights . So much better than driving.
I had a horrible couple days prior to going to Omni Providence. My car died and my house flooded- I was not a happy camper. Once I got to the hotel, everything got better. Everyone from the valet guy, the guy at the front desk, and even a group of young guests (some kind of hockey event) were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and pretty, and the bed was perfect.
This stay was what I needed.
The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. It was right next to the huge shopping mall which connected using the sky bridge. This means we did not have to get out on the street to arrive at the hotel late at night. This was very convenient.
The room was very spacious and had very nice amenities. The bed was super comfortable and the hotel staff was very nice and helpful during the stay.
This is a clever hotel in a developing part of Providence. It has a lot of potential. The room was comfortable although all the bugs are not ironed out yet. It is a very good location for a hotel if you want to get to Federal Hill or go to an event at LaSalle Academy. I expect this hotel will evolve and become a really cool place to stay.
Hip, clean, boutique hotel created from a formal brothel. Antique elevator, red lighting in the hallways, vintage room decor, large bathrooms, friendly staff, two memorable interior bars, and easy walking distance to everything in downtown Providence were all positives. Also the room was quiet and (when we wanted it to be) dark.
Pictures accurately depicted the property. Beds were comfortable. Close proximity to Providence College. Quick Uber ride to downtown. Block away from a police station. Property was clean. Window units in all the rooms. Elmhurst Pub and Golden Crust Pizza nearby. Property manager very responsive to inquiries.
The staff was helpful and friendly, and my car was always ready quickly by the valet service. The room was large and the bathroom was well-appointed. The hotel is centrally located in the business district, and only minutes away from most of downtown.
The location of this property was really great! It’s near Brown university and Thayer street (which has a lot of restaurants and cafes around it). If you like walking around, it’s a 15min walk away from downtown Providence too.
Outstanding hotel
We had a Junior suite which was superb, sp spacious and comfortable
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in
Well appointed
Huge spacious beds (2 kingsize)
Lounge area of room fabulous
Room was exceptionally large and comfortable. The decor was entertaining and lively. Plenty of room to be comfortable for a longer stay. Would honestly go to Providence just to stay at this hotel again.
Its a charming Hotel.in the heart off downtown Providence close to major shopping and restaurants very convenient! The rooms are what i remember staying in Europe big nice cozy tasteful decor classy
Large Private Room, Quiet, Comfortable with all the modern necessities and amenities. Parking couldn’t have been more convenient. definitely, on my top 10 list of Hotels to stay at in Providence.
Good location close to Brown University. Although on the other side of the river from downtown Providence, within walking distance of everything. Clean and comfortable. Good value for money.
Enormous room for a hotel, with full kitchen, enormous bed, very clean and well-kept. Staff was very polite during every interaction, close proximity to city center for enjoying Providence.
The breakfast was just okay, it did not match the hotel. There could have been more hot choices, especially items like scrambled eggs, which you can get at much cheaper hotels.
