This casual coastal condo was recently renovated with new paint, ceilings, flooring, furnishings, and fixtures throughout. The bedrooms, living area, and bathrooms have been exquisitely designed and are ready for your arrival. A beautiful second-floor condo, 205 Magnolia House is just steps from the beach and offers breathtaking views of Destin’s East Pass and the Gulf of Mexico. As you enter through a private front lanai, you will experience an elegant Coastal Chic decor. The living area includes a queen-size sofabed, a large 55' TV, and convenient access to a spacious, private balcony. The dining area features a unique grapevine table with four chairs, while the breakfast bar offers three additional counter stools. The well-equipped, full kitchen has new cabinets, and a side-by-side refrigerator ensuring it is ready for quick snacks or full-course meals. <b>

</b> On-site, guests can enjoy the shared pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. This condo is just a mile-and-a-half from Harbor Boulevard and a number of options for shopping and dining, as well as being close to miles of soft, sandy beaches for endless days of sunbathing and swimming. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b>: Free WiFi Full kitchen One queen-size sofabed Private washer/dryer Central air-conditioning Elevator in the building Gas grills in the pool area Snowbird-friendly Seasonal beach service (one umbrella and two chairs) is included. This service begins March 15 and ends October 31. Seasonal tram service will run March 20 - October 31, Monday - Sunday 9 am - 5:30 pm (last pick up at 5:15 pm). Lunch break from 2 pm - 2:30 pm daily. (Hours and operation dates are subject to change at any moment.)
