Two bedroom fully furnished condo with two full bathrooms that has been recently up-dated with new: carpet, heated flooring, kitchen counters and bar. Located off Canyon Blvd.During the summer months the mountain bike trails, up-town and down-town are accessible to the property. This two-bedroom, two bath condo is great for up to 6 people. There is a marked, guaranteed parking space in the garage and it is only 7 steps up to the condo. MAIN LIVING AREA – Living room has a new (2019) Smart TV (works great with Apple TV, as well), queen sofa sleeper, comfy chairs, games and books, warm gas fireplace stove on a thermostat. The condo has been remodeled with heated floors in the entry/kitchen/upper bathroom, new carpet and furniture. THE DINING AREA has a table and 6 chairs. There is a private deck off the dining area with a table and two chairs, and views of the mountain and village gondola. THE KITCHEN is fully stocked with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, blender, crock pot, baking pans, all sizes of cooking pots, pans and serving dishes.
