Incredible location on the nicest more residential part of coco beach right next to the pier and on the beach.. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and beds are excellent. The residential is small and very friendly and the large pool Is heated so is amazing and never too busy. Early check in was very appreciated. Public Supermarket is an easy 10 min walk and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Manatees boat tours are 5 mins away and perfect location for space station. A breath of fresh air and surpasses staying in a hotel in the area. Could not wish for more!

Pier Pressure is a professionally designed 2BR/2.5BA condo located in the heart of Cocoa Beach.Once you park your vehicle in your personally designated space, you will be able to walk to almost everything.When you go on vacation, you want to feel pampered and feel like you are somewhere special but with the comforts of home. Pier Pressure incorporates all of that within its design. No need to bring anything except yourself and personal belongings.We will take care of the rest.Come, Relax, Enjoy.

The condo is located less than a 5 minute walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier. You will love the location because you can walk to almost anything from here. Walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier to play volleyball , take a surf lesson, or grab some lunch on the pier. There are also food trucks and sweets as well. You are also close enough to walk to other restaurants on the beach or many more within blocks of the condo. - "Great location!! Steps to the beach, pool right outside patio, walkable restaurants, close to the pier. Lots of amenities and host was always available." - Laura There is also plenty of shopping within walking distance including the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, which is the largest surf shop in the world. The area is safe and there is plenty to do within walking distance. If you want to jump in the vehicle, you can explore much more as well with an easy 10-15 minute drive.
