The Residence Inn was a great choice for us in Vail. The hotel has all the amenities you need for your ski trip. Their shuttle service to Vail Village is very convenient and runs every 15 minutes until 10pm. Parking is great! Without knowing too much about other hotels in Vail, I think it is an excellent option in terms of price/benefit without ever feeling like a low-cost hotel (which it is not). 100% recommended.

The location, facilities, room size, the outdoor spas, the games room, the ease of access for ski gear and rental. So many things we loved about The Sebastian!

It is all about the skiing for most people, and the Vail ski resort is amazing. Hard to beat as a ski destination. It is generally a very expensive place to stay but there are many options available to you.
As a town, feels a bit disjointed with the two main locations of Vail Village and Lionshead being separated. If you come without your own transport, get used to having to take buses/shuttles most places. Having said that, the transport system is incredibly good once you work it all out. Lots of places to eat, moreso in Vail Village.
As it is also under Epic Pass, easy to ski Beaver Creek during your stay in Vail, with a great (free) bus service mostly every 20 mins from Vail to BC and only takes about half an hour. It is a shame that the same is not available for Breckenridge, another Epic resort.

Amazing mountain!
Amazing mountain! You can’t beat the vastness of this mountain. There is something for everyone and every level of skiing.
The village is awesome with plenty of restaurants and shops. I would avoid this place on busy holiday weekends.

We visited during the autumn when the aspen colors were at their peak. Incredible views everywhere. Nice warm sun and cool nights. Village was pretty quiet as it was "between seasons" which made for a very relaxing visit, with no waits for restaurants, etc. Very easy to walk around the public areas.

Vail is a beautiful and extreemly well mantained town.
Vail is a beautiful and extreemly well mantained town. It is a credit to the locals who seem to take great pride in their town. It has the benefit natural beauty with its surrounding mountains. The free electric bus service that teavels around the town is a great way to see the sights including the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens which are well worth a visit .

I rented this property for 5 nights and when I arrived was very cold I reached to them to fix they never did so I pent 3 nights in cold rooms where the heater is not working
The fire place completely not working
To take showers it’s impossible the water is just little ear don’t com hot water
The rooms on all the furniture dusting
I check out 2nits in advance relating with contortions of cold in rooms and they refuse to return money for two nights .
Very bad experience I don’t recommend no one to rent this property…
This is a quaint, older hotel in the center of Vail. The people at the front desk were friendly, thorough, and helpful. We were given detailed information about parking in the free lot and finding our way back to the hotel. The rooms are a bit dated, but our room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub, steam room and sauna. It was a perfect way to relax on a snowy weekend.
We were four adults (2 couples) and found this condo very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and the unit was newly remodeled. The shuttle was a 5 minute walk and a 10-15 minute ride, but only to Vail Village. An in-town bus was necessary to go to Lion's Head. The rental agent was very responsive. Though our bedrooms had a highway view the unit was quiet.
We have stayed at Simba Run several times. It is a bit of an older facility but the best value for money that we have found. It is just across the highway from the Lionshead area of Vail. The Simba run shuttle runs frequently as does the Vail city shuttle. Its about 15 minute walk to Lionshead.
Apartment was fantastic - clean, comfortable, warm and had everything we needed. Very well equipped kitchen and BBQ on the deck. We came for 5 nights but decided to stay for 10! Great location and only 20 minutes on the free shuttle bus to Vail and the ski area. Highly recommend.
Great location to both the village and Lionshead. Clean premises and relatively good value for money. If you want to stay close to the lifts then it’s going to be very expensive. The Evergreen is therefore a good value. Staff are helpful too and the spa downstairs also excellent.
Location of the property is phenomenal - very close to Gondola One, with great walkability in the Vail Village. The continental breakfast is basic, but certainly more than sufficient for a quick bite before heading out skiing. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The three bedroom apartment was spacious and clean, it had all the necessary amenities. Vail downtown is approximately 5 minutes by car from the premises.
We will definitely stay here again once we visit Vail again.
I chose the hotel because it’s ski door to door, it turned out that you can go to ski door to door but you have to take the hotel’s shuttle to come back to the hotel. the Japanese restaurant in the hotel is good.
From homestake condos I got the the best view of the mountains and both LionsHead ,and Vail Villages ,is very peacefull and quiet ,the staf at vail realty was very nice and helpfull ,excelent service good value .
Authenticity, felt like we were back in the Alps. The full sized swimming pool hot tub was amazing. The only place in Vail Village with real old world charm. Great lounge opportunities in Sarah’s Bar.
Good location, a bit to one side away from the Vail village main square, near gondola. Breakfast options were good in Cucina. Rooms are nicely appointed. Water/Soda filling station was a plus.
Beautiful hotel! Staff was great, always helpful and nice. Perfect location in Lionshead Village. Shuttle service made it super convenient to visit nearby Vail Village.
The location is perfect, walking distance of everything. Staff helped us with all our requests and always with a smile. E_bikes available for guest at front desk!
