Sunshine Dreams is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home that is perfect for a family getaway. Only a quick walk to the beach, this home sleeps up to 9 people with an amazing beach view! This home includes an outside shower, perfect for rinsing off after a long day at the beach, and a picnic table to enjoy an afternoon of grilling with the family. Sunshine Dreams is full of windows making it an open floor plan with lots of natural sunlight. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Primary bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has full over full bunks (accommodates 4) and the third bedroom has a twin and full-size bed (accommodates 3). Total of 9 people. There is also a pull-out sofa that will sleep two more people if needed (totaling 11). POINTE SAN LUIS & PLAYA SAN LUIS Playa San Luis, on the beachside, offers numerous beachside dune crossovers to access the beach, and Pointe San Luis, on the bayside, offers a seasonal community pool and hot tub.
