One of the best hotels I have stayed in and definitely the best I have stayed in New York. Spotlessly clean, fantastic location and very comfortable. The employees were all so polite and never seen organisation like it! Like so many people have said in other reviews, the breakfast is excellent with choices for everyone and the way in which they manage the queues is exceptional. Everything was fully stocked at whatever time and although it was busy, because of the management of the service it didn’t feel that way. Tables were cleared straight away and again everything was spotlessly clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay again.
