This condo is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit and is located in a very desirable location. There is a king size bed in the bedroom along with two pullout beds in the living room. Bed sheets and linen are provided. The condo features a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Plates, utensils, pots/ pans, etc provided. There is a nice outdoor balcony which overlooks the hot tub and pool area and is great for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The condo offers a storage area on the ground floor that has beach chairs, flotation devices, etc as well as a beach cart, which makes it easy for getting all your supplies to the beach. The complex has outdoor gas grills for guests' use, an outdoor and indoor pool along with a large hot tub. The condo is an easy walk to the beach and the Flip Flop bar and restaurant. The famous Ocean Annies, a bar/restaurant located on the beach, features local bands, and is another great local attraction within walking distance. Outdoor showers and restrooms are located on the beach. A general store, ice cream shop, and golf cart rental business are located steps away from the condo. Area attractions and restaurants of MB, Barefoot Landing, and North MB are close. Shopping is within 10 minute drive including Walmart, Kroger, Tanger Outlets, and the many shops of Barefoot Landing.
