Frolic into vacation bliss at Skip 713 RR. Located on the top floor of the Hatteras High condominiums, this suite has a bright, beachy ambiance with colorful decor and all the comforts of home. With two spacious bedrooms and two full baths, there is plenty of room in this coastal gem to stretch out and get comfortable. The fully-equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area with seating for everyone make mealtime a delight. The nearby comfy living area has queen size sleeper sofa, wet bar, picture-perfect views, and access to the private sunny deck. Easy access to community features including pool, laundry, and grills complete this little piece of paradise. <b>SHARED AMENITIES</b> -Pool -Washer/dryer <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> The community pools are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Dates are subject to change without notice. As of August 2022, beach access is temporarily closed due to erosion. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina, LLC.
