We only had a short stay, but found this a lovely hotel. The staff were helpful in the weeks before we arrived and so accommodating when we got there so early due to our morning flight.. They arranged a very early check in for us and helped out with great local places to eat. The staff did anything at all to help. It was a nice clean quiet room. We even had a lounge room area.

Nice and comfortable hotel in the old quarter. Within short walking distance to eateries, cafes, fruit stalls, markets, Ho Hoan Kiem lake, water puppet theater... Our room was spaceous, confortable and nicely decorated. WiFi was good, Aircon very quiet. It had a small balcony to the street. The bed was large and comfortable. Everything was clean. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of local and western food. Staff at the hotel was very friendly and attentive, everybody spoke reasonable to good English. We booked a transfer to the Airport upon departure. That went flawless and comfortable. Our driver was extremly open and friendly. Overall our stay was very pleasant, we would definitely book again.

Location, comfortable and clean. We arrived in Hanoi and stayed for one night, as we went for Ha Long Bay Cruise the next day, we left our luggage with the hotel, and then back to hotel for another 2 nights. The hotel crew are always smiling and ready to assist you.

The warm hospitality of the hotel staff, Kim, Bonnie, Tracy, Mike, from the front desk to the restaurant. Clean room and because it's boutique, even when fully occupied, it does not feel crowded and/or noisy. The location is perfect, walking distance to places you'll want to visit in the Old Quarter, beer street, Hoan Khim, Dong Xuan, St. Joseph, etc. The street at night is quiet for a good night's sleep. 5th and 6th floor on the street facing side has a small balcony and terrace respectively.

The location was excellent and you could walk to most places. the streets all close off to cars in the evenings and weekends, but you still need to watch out for motor bikes.
