The staff could not be kinder here! We only stayed one night between travel and they treated us like we were staying a week. Our room had been upgraded, they recommended restaurants and a great quiet spot on Train Street for seeing the train. Room was so clean, comfy and so quiet! And the breakfast in the morning was delicious and varied. Brilliant accommodation in Hanoi, couldn’t recommend more! Thank you Justin & Grace

We stayed in both the Emerald Waters Valley and their sister hotel the Emerald Waters Hotel and Spa just across the road. The hotel is centrally located for exploring the Old Town and is excellent value for money. The most impressive thing about the hotel though is undoubtedly the staff were are so helpful and attentive. The manageress Miss Grey was particularly outstanding and we will definitely return to this hotel if we visit Hanoi again. Definitely recommended.

Grace and the team provided amazing service. We travelled as a group of 7 and transited through Hanoi a few times. Grace helped us book all our transfers to and from other locations (door to door to hotels) at good prices. Grace was quick to respond and always followed up, provided confirmations and updates (which is rare for Vietnam). Check in and out process was seamless and we travelled stress free. When members of our group had one night in Hanoi pre flights home, we all booked with the hotel again! Rooms were spacious and quiet but location was right in the middle of the Old quarter. Would highly recommend!

Having been redirected from the other Emerald Waters hotel across the street, my expectations at being sent down an alley to a hotel was not good. I needn't have worried. :o) Great little hotel in the old town with easy access to lots of the main sights. Room was good, staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast selection, back in the other hotel, set me up for the day. I'd happily stay here again.

The place is really nice and very central, everything is in walking distance. But what really stood out was the hospitality. Staff was super nice and friendly, I did stay there twice and when ai checked in the second time it felt like coming home.
