Best thing was the wonderful Mai and team looking after us. They were so lovely, lots of local recommendations and organised everything for us including private car directly after we landed at Hanoi airport, brilliant. The hotel itself was perfect, if you walk out the front door you’re in the heart of Sapa but out the back on your balcony is the most beautiful views over the valley and hills. Absolutely loved it, thank you so much.

From the warm welcome by the staff, who promptly address any inquiries and readily supply fresh towels even if you opt out of room cleaning, to the extensive array of top-notch services offered during your stay: laundry facilities, expert tour guidance, access to Fansipan tickets, invaluable recommendations for activities and dining spots, and more. The delightful couple managing this establishment is consistently on hand to provide assistance whenever needed.

We stayed at the Tiger Sapa Hotel. They were super friendly and the room was really nice with a lovely Mountain View (although we saw fog!, not the hotels fault). The team always over herbal tea and fruits when we entered and left which was a really nice touch. We left for Hanoi and they gave us a goody bag and we were very grateful as it kept us going for the journey. The room itself was clean, a nice medium firm/soft mattress and great pillow. Some of the best sleep I have had in months of travelling. The bathroom was clean, had hot water and lots of amenities.

Well worth getting a room with a balcony and mountain view of Fansipan. The sunset is an amazing view from the balcony if you get clear weather. Handy spot to commence walks into the villages and the hotel arranged a brilliant and friendly guide for me. Wonderful and kind hostess who helped with booking day trips and the bus and was always helpful.

Nice place to stay in sapa. Possibility of renting a scooter and they organize trekking (paid) around nearby villages.

The hospitality we received in the hotel was second to none. The staff were so accommodating. They gave us tea on arrival. Arranged a taxi to the bus station for us and gave us snacks for the bus.

Quan was amazing! Full of recommendations for places to eat and drink and all the information to book trips. Room was spotless and the view was great. the night porters even went and got us cold beer and we're super helpful and carried our bags to our room when we arrived at 1am.
