Room was clean and comfortable. Staff is very polite qnd helpful. The rooftop pool is a very nice touch to have a great afternoon. Location is perfect because it is just 5 min walk from city center.

Hotel Prishtina is a great hotel! I stayed in Hotel Prishtina recently and it has been a wonderful experience. Hotel Prishtina has everything a traveler needs: great location, comfortable rooms (including the bathrooms), a very enjoyable breakfast buffet, a nice gym and more. However, what really sets Hotel Prishtina apart from other hotels is the quality and dedication of the staff. I had to deal with a family emergency (making it necessary for me to fly back to my home country for 10 days) and staff were incredibly helpful. They made sure that I could get a taxi (in a snowstorm) so enabling me to make my flight, allowed me to hold one piece of luggage in the baggage check and gave me an even nicer room when I returned. Above all, what impresses me about Hotel Prishtina are its management and staff. They are all committed to their guests and go to great lengths to make sure that the people who stay in the hotel are comfortable. I will miss Hotel Prishtina.
