Breakfast was good, although some of the food were finished ŵhen we got there, and I did not see that they refill it.Some of it you could also.see was not fresh. We were making use of the restaurant, and the cockroaches was also very visible. We went there for only that onè night for supper, and never returned, because thè cockrouches was a big turn off. Our waiter that was allocated to us,seem like he had communication problems, and we had to wait a long time for him to assist in order to pay.The waitresses were not very helpful at all, except for one. What I also noticed is that Nowhere the Hotel manager were visible. My first experience of something like that.

Mossel Bay is a beautiful city, not overcrowded, it makes a perfect vacation to relax and recharge. The only challenge is public transport, Uber & Bolt are almost non-existent, it's mostly private taxis that you have to call and they are always busy, making the waiting time a bit longer. I would recommend you come with your own car or you hire one, you'll enjoy the place even more without transport inconveniences.
Overall, it's a beautiful place with more than enough to offer visitors.

Charming with some lovely boutique shops.
Charming with some lovely boutique shops. At the far end a great hiking opportunity around st Blaize point followed by a refreshing dip in the sea gully. Unfortunately couldn’t do the zip line as it was too windy. Nor the shark diving for the same reason.
Great padel court on the sea front.
Great bagels at jacks on the Main Street
Dinner at gannet was good.
Amazing bbq in the harbour and very reasonable.
Try the oyster shots next door.
Don’t visit the aquarium!

Visiting the ATKV near by in Hartenbos has great facilities for both adults and children. A visit to the Langeberg Mall is a must to shopping and dining.
A visit to Diaz Beach with its long stretch of white sand and a visit to the Zipline which is the biggest over the ocean in the whole world at the Point is a must

.
2 restaurants we used were kingfisher and café gannet which was exceptional in everything.
Loved the location, the stylish furnishings, the little extras like books and games. Centrally situated between Mossel Bay and Hartenbos. The gym nearby was fully equipped and simply awesome. There are lots for kids to do. We loved braaing outside. The kitchen was fully equipped and spotless. We enjoyed the hotels menu next door, reasonably priced. We had long beach walks and full access to all amenities.. All in all, great value for money can recommend the place. Simply excellent. Will book again.
Perfect place in Mossel Bay. Walking distance to town with restaurants and close to the St Blaize trail. There is a shuttle also at night if you need. Room has everything - nice and spacious, clean and I loved the outdoor private area sheltered from the wind to be able to read. Great light comes in the room. Good bed and kettle in the room. Hot water in shower and safe, hair dryer in room. Highly recommend to stay here. You won’t regret it!
The unit is located right on the beach. The views of the ocean and the sound of the waves are incredible. It is close to all the attractions in Mossel Bay.
Everything in the unit is new and of high quality. It was exceptionally clean when we arrived.
We booked for the Ironman 70.3 event, so the location - right at the swim start - was ideal!
Very clean. Beautiful views. Well equipped for self catering. Super comfortable. Wonderful decor. Warm and caring host. I come to Mossel bay at least 4 times per year and have stayed in many places. Authentic is by far the best and will always be my stay of choice.
beautiful location on the beach, staff were fantastic (booked us shark diving, gave great recommendations, brought us coffee to our room/patio on a few occasions). breakfast was included and was delicious! rooms were beautiful and comfortable.
What a beautiful hotel - absolutely stunningly decorated with every attention to detail. The beds were wonderful - I have not had such a soft and comfy bed before!! The food is amazing too! Such a gorgeous place, we will definitely be back!
The hotel is very clean. The staff very welcoming and professional. I had forgotten my jacket, in the room and one of the cleaning staff went out of her way to find me, while I was having breakfast. I just didn't get her name thank her again.
you can hear the ocean waves (they were very mellow) so there is such a relaxing vibe. the train features are intact so you really can sed how everything was in the old day. great view, handy location
- Beautiful ocean view from the terrace
- Right on the beach
- Friendly staff
- Epic sunset
- Bring binoculars and you can spot the seals on seal island from your terrace
