The village is a nature-lovers haven. It's breathtaking. The unit was just fine with enough light and windows to see springbok, impala, zebras, wildebeest and monkeys roaming about. A great experience

I was given a warm welcome by Sandra and Paul, from the moment that I arrived. The conversations and awesome meals, were thoroughly enjoyed. I saw all kinds of animals, including a genet and a thick-tailed bushbaby. I enjoyed seeing animals, such as kudu, warthogs, zebra and other types of buck. I saw various types of birds too. The accommodation is very clean. The hosts have put their hearts into every detail. The hosts went the extra mile to make my stay, comfortable and enjoyable. This was a truly worthwhile and amazing experience, for me. Breakfast was even packed for me, for my trip into the Kruger National Park. I enjoyed the ambience and tranquility, at the accommodation too. I wish that I could have stayed longer.
Close to crocodile bridge. Malelane is only half an hour away. Komatipoort is small and does not have many storey, so get your groceries from malelane before you get to Marloth .
They were opening a small spar there before we left marloth.

The Kruger Maroela Lodge was well priced and very comfortable.
Very friendly owners who went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. The on site restaurant had a good menu that is well priced. Well worth using.
I would definitely stay at Maroele Lodge again!!

Lovely to stay amongst the animals and to enjoy nature.
Lovely to stay amongst the animals and to enjoy nature. However, for more that 30 years, nothing has been done to improve roads. The roads really are in very poor condition. For example, if they have paved 50 meters of road every month, then after 30 years they would have covered 18 Km!
Shops and restaurants are good and are still improving.
Security is very good.

We enjoy Marloth, it has been our go to place for years.
We enjoy Marloth, it has been our go to place for years. We like to get away from the hussle and bussle of everyday life. However Marloth has become a little messy. The "bus stop/workers" section opposite Marlothi is a turn off. It looks messy and sort of townshiplike. Hopfefully Marloth can take action against the messiness of the parttime workers

What I like most of Marloth Park was the free roaming wild life in their natural habitat. They came up to your door. Buy your groceries before coming to Marloth Park. However if you forgot anything do not worry the town has a little shop where you can find everything you need.
Respect for animals. Guided bushwalk with Rick a must. Various restaurants with reasonable prices with good food. Sit back relax and just watch the animals and birds. Nice stalls with homemade goodies for us city slickers. Quad bike rides really nice experience with your older children, extremely fun even for me doing it for the first time with my son. Do not worry you drive on a plot just outside Marloth park gate so wild life is not disturbed.
amazing staff more like visiting family. they are very personable. breakfast is fab, very tasty and fulfilling.
Peter is so accommodating and helpful! everyone’s so welcoming and happy! nice to have breakfast with the other guests and the animals come right to your table at breakfast! amazing experience! lodge is located just behind the Kruger so you can see so much from the hotel, behind the hotel and marloth park. really nice pool to chill as well. we had to to ourselves most of the time.
House was as expected for a property in the bush, SA has load shedding of its electricity at the moment which was a shame (Not the host's fault) but with battery lights and a campfire, we managed. Was good to rent a complete house. Animals came up to the property and the area was very peaceful. The house had everything that is needed for a short stay. Marloth Park itself has all necessities (Petrol station, supermarkets, restaurant, pub, water park).
From the moment we stepped into the house, the bushveld calmness could be felt instantly. The house is beautiful, the layout so practical and spacious. Everything that you could need on a holiday was there. This is definitely the best place we have stayed in at Marloth Park over the years. Spotlessly clean and so comfortable.
Thank you Kobus - for sharing your piece of heaven with us, looking forward to the next visit!
Fantastic location right on the Crocodile River, we could see Hippos in the river and Giraffe and Impala walked right past the house. Lovely deck to sit on outside but very exposed to the sun with no cover. Lovely small splash pool but completely in the shade so it was freezing cold - this set up was not thought out well. Marloth Park is a fantastic place to stay with restaurants, shops and close to Kruger gates.
We were well received from the onset and made to feel at home. The staff were very friendly and always checked on us if everything was still okay with us. The manager of the place organised a birthday present for my daughter on her birthday. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would want to go to Marloth Park. Oh the food was tops as well. Never for once felt that i was not welcomed at Jabula.
This place is very lovely. It’s right by Crocodile River, surrounded by the bush and you can spot zebras and giraffes. There is a pool with beautiful views. Johann and the rest of the staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful. The food also was great. Highly recommend. We also booked game drives via the lodge and our ranger Wilhelm was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
This prestine Argitechtural Beauty was Bliss for the soul and ideally located in Marloth Park. Quiet, away from the main road and all the park visitors like Impala, Zebra, Giraffe, Kudu, Bushbuck, bushpigs, duiker and too many bird species to count. EXCELLENT personal service from the Partners and short of nothing. Will definately return.
Bernadette the hostess bubbly, professional & full of helpful tips on how to enjoy Marloth Park.
Accommodation lovely. Deck backed on to the bush & saw many animals up close. I was given daily updates on load shedding schedules which helped me plan my day.
I would definitely recommended this accommodation to anyone.
thank you the lay out of the house makes it so easy to keep clean and tidy
very comfortable and the splash pool so close to the veranda makes it so easy to be all together
