Enjoy this romantic, modern apartment with panoramic sea views. A luxurious king bed and en suite bathroom lead to a kitchen and living area upstairs. The bedroom and living area are separate, access is outside and up a few stairs. There is a BBQ and seating area on a sunny patio and the view from the apartment is truly magnificent. We are located 50 steps from the main road, so if you can't do stairs, this isn't for you. Otherwise, the view is well worth the effort! Up on the mountainside overlooking Clovelly beach, this property is very quiet and peaceful. Because of where the property is situated, you will have the morning, afternoon and evening sunlight. This is a very light and airy space. This stunning 1 bedroom apartment boasts a large open plan entertainment area and kitchen. Breath taking sea views from the window in the bedroom and panoramic sea views from the kitchen and lounge above. The bedroom/ bathroom and kitchen/entertainment areas are separate. You walk out, and up a few stairs from the bedroom to the entertainment area. There is a large deck with seating area and the view is just beautiful from there! There is a maneuverable BBQ/ Braai

Kalk Bay is a wonderful historical town that has been a place to visit since the 1800s. Visit the museums, harbour, walk the boardwalk from Kalk Bay to Muizenberg and swim in the many tidal pools along this stretch. There is a tidal pool in front of the property over the train tracks (do please be aware when crossing the train tracks) Kalk Bay is a wonderful historical town that has been a place to visit since the 1800s. Apart from sharing the entranceway and stairs, the apartment and lookout deck are entirely for your use. The garage will fit smaller cars, not a family bus or a bakkie. These cars are simply too long. Parking can be a bit tough, as Kalk Bay main road can be very busy in the summer months and there are a lot of cars. Please be understanding that there are a train and car noise.
