We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Lazy Lizard. It is very quiet, clean and Wendy made us feel most welcome. The air-conditioned guest suite was fabulous and very well equipped with everything we needed. The garden was very well manicured and pretty.

The Lazy Lizard offers accommodation in Umhlanga, 2 minutes' drive from the main beach, village and Gateway Shopping Mall. The King Shaka International Airport is a 15 km drive away. Rooms are set in the annex and each have their own entrance. They are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, en suite shower, and a kitchenette. Sliding doors open onto a secluded garden patio with a built-in barbecue. Towels and linen are provided The rooms have their own washing line, irons and hairdryers. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, soap and dish washing liquid are provided.
Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 9.4 for a two-person trip.
