We liked this Lodge very much. The rooms were nice, not as plush as some hotel rooms, but they were clean and the beds were comfortable. The bed was equipped with a great mosquito net although we were fortunate that the mosquitoes didn’t appear to be active at this time of the year. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good with a number of menu choices. We had dinner at the Lodge a couple of nights too and we all enjoyed tasty meals. We had a number of drinks in the bar. All in all, we had a great time in the PheZulu Lodge where we found the staff amazing. They were very obliging, efficient, pleasant and helpful. It should be noted that the restaurant and bar close early, around 8.30 to 9 as staff do not live on site but this didn’t bother us, we had early starts most mornings.

The rooms were great; the staff were amazing. Offered to handle food and itinerary bookings with local vendors. Helped with luggage too. The rooms were great; furnished with a dryer and mosquito repellents. They were eco-friendly with reusable goods. WiFi was lovely as well. The complementary tea station was a favourite.

All very good. Super friendly, helpful and professionnal staff. Beautiful, quiet, clean rooms. About 20 min. walking from the little town. One can also have lunch and dinner there, which were very tasty too.

It was well maintained and very clean, the pool was well maintained and there was suitable lounge area around the pool. Lots of trees and flowers and open concept.

The staff is super friendly, helped with transfers arranging activities and helping even called a restaurant to change booking time on my behalf. The hotel is in close proximity to the falls and the boma.

Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Service from staff was exceptional. Good choice of excursions could be booked through PheZulu front desk with minimal fuss and transport easily arranged. Breakfast and dinner was very good quality.

Each room is airconditioned. What really stood out was how helpful all of the staff were, especially Denise and Tinu. Would definitely recommend.

Phezulu Guest lodge in Victoria falls is a nice and clean lodge, not a big one but it has all the comfort you need. Room was very clean. Personal is extremly helpfull and always kind. A very big + for that !
