Modern, beautiful and spacious room with large balcony and wonderful mountain and village view. Good quality breakfast and excellent restaurant in hotel. Very rural in Laimach, and you need a car, but we liked the location much better than the more popular Mayrhofen, 10 minutes drive away. Very nice hotel staff, and the "Metzger Wirt" even gave us a pair of delicious sausages from their butcher store when we checked out. Memorable stay.

Beautiful, modern apartment, nicely decorated and very clean as well. It has everything you need - coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, towels, hairdryer, tv, etc. There are parking spots in front of the building. There are two bus stops approximately 150 meters away from the apartment. There is a special room for your skiing equipment downstairs so you don't have to carry it all the way to your room.

Hard working very friendly staff to make our stay very good. Every day we had a good quality dinner with choice of 3 options including vegetarian option. Good breakfast. One evening the family played live local music, was a very nice surprise. Location is perfect to explore Zillertal / 5 ski area’s within 15 minutes.

We liked everything, it is a very cozy and beautuful apartment, we felt really welcomed. Great location close to the center of Zell am Zeller and close to the lift. Amazing Hospitality from the family Rauch! Apartment is very well equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable and enjoy the trouble free stay. The owner very friendly and helpful. No problem with parking. In the basement there is a ski room. To the ski lift 4 minutes by car or by ski bus, to which you have to walk a few minutes. Thank you Mrs. Joseph for a wonderful stay!

Also, the ski bus stop for the lifts in Zell am Ziller is outside the train station too. The guest house itself is very nice (our room had a balcony overlooking the mountains) with a very friendly and helpful owner.

The house is very well located if you want to plan for mountain activities in the Ziller region. One of the bedrooms was very spacious and we used this room to gather together. The kitchen was also spacious and we could gather for meals. The kitchen utensils and equipment were also complete and in a good shape. The hosts are a very friendly family living downstairs.
