Loved the location, the Hosts Bakan were attentive to my every need and Ben took great care of giving me recommendations for dinner plans and activities in the area. The space is spacious, clean and very well furnished. The building is quiet and well maintained in the heart of the Griffintown neighborhood. Would recommend this stay to everyone !! 10/10 Overall !!!

Wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant. Very busy as crowds gathered for the solar eclipse, but always great customer service at front desk.

The bar George continues to be the main reason why we stay at this hotel. Its a short stumble to your hotel room. Otherwise, the staff is usually great. This time, we brought our service dog and were questioned on our way to dinner about our service animal after we already provided all documentation to the check in receptionist. It just felt uncomfortable this time overall. Also, the room was a shoe box. It was a long narrow corridor into an open area with a bed. Not as comfortable as the previous rooms we've stayed in.

The employees were friendly and attentive. Check in was flawless and dinning was also excellent. Staff answered any questions we had and were polite. I like that the bedroom pillows offered firm and soft options.

The location is second to none! The hotel never disappoints when it comes to food options at the restaurant in the lobby be it breakfast or the dinners that we tried. Bed was comfortable. And I loved the water closet-divided bathroom. This hotel is my go to whenever I visit Montreal! They also made some special accomodations for my birthday.

Location is superb, right in the middle of Old Montreal. Walking distance to great restaurants and historical sights. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Service is excellent ( water and chocolates arriving every evening ). Breakfast was delicious and dinner in the japanese restaurant in the hotel was the best meal we had in Montreal.

The hotel was beautiful and so clean. We have stayed at many a nice hotel but sometimes even with a 5 star property not everything is pristine; Hote Birks was pristine. The fireplace in the bedroom was a very nice touch for our winter stay. Breakfast was delicious, coffee was amazing, and we enjoyed it each day of our stay. We ate dinner on the property once and enjoyed it. We unfortunately did not have time to visit the spa but noticed they use the best products!

The room was a good size for a F1 weekend (5 nights), and was a quiet sleep. The AC kept the room cool and was quiet. The window opened when we preferred fresh air. This is a GREAT location for the F1 to take the ferry from the old port across, and avoid the much busier metro. The hotel pub (Taverne Gaspar) was also a great group dinner as well. The staff provided excellent service.
