This traditional hotel is quietly located in the Muotha Valley, ideal for canoeing, hiking and motorcycling tours. It features a regional restaurant with garden, and country-style rooms with free Wi-Fi.

Rooms with rustic décor and a work desk are featured at Hotel Alpenblick Muotathal. They have either a private or shared bathroom with toiletries.

Staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful, they even offered to me to park my bike in the garage free of charge. The restaurant has a good, rustic cuisine with very reasonable prices. The room on the third floor was small, but absolutely okay and in good condition. The shared bathrooms were clean.

The property is amazing, especially for kids. The big inside plaground is funny for kids of each age. The hotel is huge and kids can run around without fear of getting hurt. Easy access just in front of the arrival of the funicular. Rooms are big (we had an M size) and can accomodate confortably a cot and baggages. Breakfast is also nice with a lot of options (also vegetarian and vegan and lactose free). The dinner option instead were okay, we didn’t really have any choice as every other restaurant in the village was closed.

Facilities are great, the rooms new and comfy, I even got an upgrade to the suite. Salad buffet choice is very good, also breakfast and dinner, with tasty vegetarian and vegan options. The location is great. Receptionist and maitre friendly.

Amazing location at the start of the ski runs and end of the ski lifts. If you book a balcony room, you can walk out onto the ski run. Stunning views from the top of the mountain. After the final ski lift has gone in the evening, until the first in the morning, you have the entire top of the mountain to yourselves. Delicious dinner and breakfast served by attentive and friendly staff. Cosy dining room with a fire.

Beautiful modern spacious lodge in the middle of the village with easy access from funicular and to chair lifts. Had a nice view from our room. Bathroom was large and modern. Nice big outdoor terrace to enjoy and dinner was delicious with friendly servers. We were able to store our luggage before check-in. Trendy bar and disco for night-time entertainment. Self check-in was easy and fun!

I was located in the Guest House. The room was well equipped and a short distance to the main property. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. I had dinner 2 nights and it was excellent. The waiters were most attentive and were well versed on the wines and menu. I would make mention that the guest house does not have a lift, only stairs, so be aware if lugging a large suitcase.
