They made sure I was comfortable the whole time from before I landed in Santa marta to making sure I had safe and reliable transportation back to the airport. They were always there to help with anything and recommend great places to eat or activities to do nearby. I would recommend them to anyone visiting Santa marta.

We enjoyed the hotel, it is just across the Malecón, lots of shops and restaurants withinn walking distant. The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. They even stored our extra luggage for 3 days at no extra cost while we were traveling to Tayrona and Palomino. Breakfast was good and we were able to also get free coffee during the day. AC works perfect and balcony with a hammock was a plus. Mattress was firm on a king size bed.
