We were on the night train from Berlin leaving at 23:00 and the hotel kept our luggage for us. We could cancel the booking on the day we arrived. We did not do this but it was great to have the option as we were booked on a train to Berlin on a flash strike day. We managed to get on the Flix bus but we had the option to miss that night without penalty. Thanks.

We are a family of four, so we requested two rooms close to each other, and received two neighbouring rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful in other things as well. The hotel is a short walk from Ostkreuz, which means excellent transportation options both to the inner city and the airport. And even though there is a road and lots of railways next to the hotel, the sound insulation is perfect. We did not try the breakfast, so I can give no review of that.AkosFamily with young children

It is a short walk up to the Gedächtniskirche on Ku'damm, and you are seconds away from the nearest U-bahn (called Uhlandstraße) and minutes away from the nearest S-bahn (at Savignyplatz). The area around Savignyplatz is also excellent for dinner. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and we were honestly surprised at how cheap it all was. Parking is also very cheap.

Also the room had a small coffee machine, which was great. Turns out, they have "inner courtyard" rooms, so my complaint about the noisy street from the last time was resolved. Also, the room was cooler in temperature and had an incredibly cozy feel to it. As always, the staff (this Pension is run by a family) is super friendly and helpful, it feels like coming back home. Love the art on the walls and in the rooms.
