Everything! Great view. Lovely courtyard. Thematic decorative touches. Comfortable room. Friendly and helpful owner and staff. Very good information on tours and very good services. (They let me use the kitchen so I could cook diabetic friendly suppers and use the fridge. Very accommodating of them and very much appreciated.)

Staff were so friendly and helpful. When our rental car from airport was canceled last minute they helped arrange all of our transportation. They also booked our waterfall tour for a wonderful price. Breakfast was delicious. Beautiful views from the property.

The Owner's son made us 4 wonderful entrees for dinner (including 2 gluten free meals). The property is unique and well done - I just wish it was a little larger so that we could walk around the property more.

It's a bit out of Baños (about 20-25min walk) but because of that, you have a super quiet place. Johan is amazing and very helpful with everything, arranging trips if you want. And don't get me started about the breakfast: amazing! Beds are good, warm shower, towels, soap, everything is there.

His staff were also wonderful - they even opened the kitchen to make us dinner when we arrived late on the first night of our stay. The room was lovely and had large windows that looked out to the waterfall. There was even filtered water in the kitchen area available for guests to use.

We traveled with two kids and they loved everything about the place - tarabita ride, trout pond to fish own dinner, swing under the tree.
