Charming old English village pub and hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds, superb location, amazing food, very comfortable and well appointed room, fast WiFi. The staff are absolutely amazing, so welcoming and friendly. I needed a late checkout due to circumstances beyond my control and they accommodated my request without hesitation. When my car key fob battery expired unexpectedly they even helped me replace the battery in it. Nothing was too much trouble and I cannot thank them enough.

Very quiet apart from plenty of birds singing and not as touristy as some other places. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Best part was probably the beautiful food (cooked breakfast and dining). Lovely garden at the back and very dog friendly.

Location was superb, in the hear of the beautiful village, walking distance to every sightseeing we needed, Motor Museum could see from our room's window (river view), Mini village, Birdland, Dragonfly maze..... Lots of restaurants we have great yummy dinner. Also, had an afternoon tea with amazing scones that were melting in my mouth.. Very recommend and definitely will come back in the summer!!!
