The welcoming bar features an open fireplace, bright window seating with partial sea view or a cosy snug. It offers a varied selection of craft beers, Sussex ales, artisan gins, cocktails, wines, whiskies and hot drinks. There is also a cocktail lounge to the rear of the building. Food is served 7 days a week. A cooked breakfast with lighter options is available for hotel guests.

We loved that it was a very cute and quaint boutique hotel. The rooms were so elegantly done with all means of comfort.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.

Location very close to town walked everywhere. Apartment was spotless . Not in the most scenic of streets but close to everything. Lots of room in living dinning kitchen area. Secure and peaceful. Tea/coffee ,cleaning products and hand soap in the bathroom. Lovely printed booklet giving plenty of info about apt and area. Nice coffee shops in Devonshire place. The location is great. 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Brighton. Around the corner, a Vietnamese, Turkish, Chinese, sea food restaurant's and a chip shop. Local convenience shop. Ideal for the upside down house and i360. The room was spacious and looked out onto Regency Square and the beach. Complimentary breakfast will set you for the coming day till dinner time. Staff were friendly and extremely conscientious.

It's hard to find good accommodation in the center of Brighton but Cappadocia Guest House is the best I've found so far! If you want a city centre break without having to go in from somewhere on the outskirts this is the place for you. Room was very clean and comfortable, bathroom excellent.

Location is great and had a sea view as requested. Parking was a problem as the hotel car park was full and I paid £76 for two nights in a nearby car park. I had intended to be there with my wife but she was unwell. I was told that because I had booked through Booking.com they could not refund the breakfasts I had paid for. £30 it cost and would have been the same if I had booked it on arrival!! Breakfast was ok, but no better than you can get at a Premier Inn for £9.50

Clean, comfortable and good location. Host was lovely but we were expecting a hotel not a guest house so we shouldn’t really have to inform 15 minutes before we arrive. But we enjoyed our stay.
