This refurbished inn has a modern style, a range of Real Ales and classic pub food. It is in Llandaff village, on the north-western edge of Cardiff.

Maltsters has individually styled bedrooms with free WiFi, a bath and rain shower.

Great place close to Cardiff centre (about 10 mins by car). Free parking on site. Clean and well equipped rooms. Nice staff. Although the pub is next to the rooms, no noise was heard.

Location of this hotel was fabulous for utilita arena. Foyer and bar area were great. I have only marked this hotel down because the beds were rock hard and there was only 1 skinny pillow each and rooms are tired. It serves our purpose and breakfast was lovely but there is room for improvement. I appreciate people like different types of mattress and pillows but these were the worst I have ever experienced.

Great location, wonderful facilities and very helpful staff. The room was exquisite with all amenities provided. Breakfast was catered for all (including vegans) and we had dinner at the restaurant and was very happy with the fine dining experience.

My favourite thing about the hotel was the indoor swimming pool! And the breakfast and dinner menus, selections and quality food served were excellent. Front reception staff were very helpful. Right next to the castle too, and great shopping

Staff were amazing, welcoming and understanding to the fact that the gym wasn't available to us on arrival. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. With a lovely atmosphere and music in the dining room. Saturday night, lights were very bright and the atmosphere not as good as other nights.

In today's harsh economic climate it's hard to keep everything running smooth in hospitality industry. Since pandemic we have seen a lots of maintenance issues in different hotels, but Future Inn seems to stay on top of everything despite challenging times. Everything in our room worked as expected. Well done.

The old rustic look keeping the history of Cardiff bay alive. The hotel had lots of character and references to its previous life. Sunday dinner in the restaurant was outstanding.
