We enjoyed the whole experience. Although we were early arrivals the owners made us very welcome and our room was ready. We ate in the restaurant every evening and morning; enjoying a great meals, well presented and sufficient in size not to overload. Breakfast was also part of the deal if booked previously. Added was the obviously well kept cellar with a selection of ales and having been a cellarman in a previous life story, I might be a bit critical. I heard a conversation about whiskey and positive thoughts regarding selections available. Surrounding the Inn are a number of interesting walks and historic tales. Particularly interesting is the history surrounding Brothers water, well worth researching and the review of Cow Bridge by Wordsworth's sister with more walking trails. We paid a visit to Wordsworth's house and garden. The energy of the happier years still lives in the house and gardens, it should not be a missed experience. Back to the Inn and a pleasure to sit outside in the evening with a pint and enjoy the breathtaking views. All around the owners are so professional but at the same time friendly and warm. Looking forward to rebooking as soon as we can.
