Staff and breakfast are wonderful. Good honest food. For a room above a pub its great. If you want peace and quiet before 11.30 pm go to a £150 hotel.

This West Yorkshire inn is around 20 miles from Harrogate and Bradford. Woodlesford Train Station is around 15 minutes’ walk away and provides fast and direct links to the city of Leeds.

No breakfast. But meals in the bar are good. Room was nice and really quiet.

The Wrens is a modern bar with rooms is situated in the centre of Leeds, with free WiFi in bar area and a well-stocked bar. The Grand Theatre is less than a minute’s walk away, and Leeds Plaza shopping centre is a 10-minute walk.

The Wren's was a great place to stay in Leeds. It was a traditional inn that doesn't claim to be a Courtyard by Marriott but has all the essentials with a charm modern hotels cannot duplicate. The room was fine and they provided a fan which was greatly appreciated the night before the hottest day in British history. It had everything I needed including a small pub downstairs.

Fantastic value for money for the night. Free parking and late arrival (10pm) were useful when I visited my daughter who is at uni nearby. Buffet hot and cereal breakfast was lovely - much better eggs than Premier Inn!

I stayed for 3 nights for work. I regularly book apts when staying for more than 1 night as i like to feel like i am coming home and get some normality from cooking dinner etc. The apartment was spotless and very well equiped. It has a nice welcoming atmosphere. I would stay again.

The Discovery Inn exceeded my expectations. Yes it is a no frills hotel with tired decor that much i expected, but the room was very spacious, warm and spotlessly clean. The staff were all to a person very friendly and welcoming. The location is a spit from Leeds train station so very convenient. I particularly welcomed the tea/coffee offering in the room. It was well stocked with sensible teas like PG Tips and Tetley and enough milk so you could have more than cup. For a short stay I would definitely stay here again.

Great price in fantastic location - just next to Leeds train station. Considering location it was very quiet and we slept well. Plenty storage in the room, better than Travelodge or Premier Inn.
