Amazing location, perfect to explore the area from. Great value for money, breakfast was awesome and the whole experience was just brilliant! Friendly and welcoming host, you can feel the heart and soul of the place the entire time you are there. Highly recommend staying here if you are lucky enough to get a booking for the dates you want.

Room was clean nice size and furniture was a nice size for the room, linen both bedding nice thread count and towels big and fluffy. We arrived on a Sunday and had Sunday roast for lunch and fish and chips for dinner. A Saxon church is located about 200' from the inn and has grave markers dating back to 1664, the town of Lynmouth is down a very steep hill (12%) with a great history and views.GuyYoung couple
