The bar downstairs did no favours to the quality of the accommodation above. Very nice room. Clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate. Didn’t eat dinner there but found a reasonable Italian place 60 yards away.

Spacious, clean rooms above a busy local pub that also has a decent dinner menu. Dog friendly with easy access to the beach.

The quietness was a surprise since it is located with a pub. The room was very comfortable and the bed and bedding were great. Shower room had been recently remodeled and shower was good. We felt safe. Staff was friendly. Pub associated with it served dinner which was basic pub food but good and server was attentive. Would stay here again.

James and his team were super helpful. I called to advise we would not arrive until 8:30 and would dinner still be possible and they kept the kitchen open a little but longer for us and the dinner was lovely. Room was really comfy and bar area nicely decorated. The breakfast was a help yourself continental but there was plenty of stuff and a kettle etc.

The owner of the guesthouse was very helpful in providing secure parking and the room was comfortable with a great view. The guest house is very conveniently located for the centre of town and beach.
