Staff were pleasant, helpful and cheerful. Nothing was a problem to them. Meals were excellent. Room was comfortable. Highly recommended them. I've stayed 3 times and will keep coming back when im in the UK.

Clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate. Didn’t eat dinner there but found a reasonable Italian place 60 yards away.

Shower room had been recently remodeled and shower was good. We felt safe. Staff was friendly. Pub associated with it served dinner which was basic pub food but good and server was attentive. Would stay here again.

I called to advise we would not arrive until 8:30 and would dinner still be possible and they kept the kitchen open a little but longer for us and the dinner was lovely. Room was really comfy and bar area nicely decorated. The breakfast was a help yourself continental but there was plenty of stuff and a kettle etc.SarahFamily with young children
