Checked in late due to delayed ferry but still easy and quick. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Lovely hotel in a lovely location.

The pier and beach is about a 5 minute walk and also there are restaurants and bars dotted about.the owner Wilma will be available if any problems arise, and you can be assured that she will do her upmost to make you welcome.the rooms have all you need to make your evenings special. Big TV with Netflix and bbc I player also Disney. The showers are lovely, and the kitchen net has all you need to make that special dinner for 2,or1...

A number fo thinggs could have been improved with very little effort and expensive. Not enough waiting staff but they were very good. Service at dinner was slow but water jug on table would have eased staff pressures. Overall value for the money charged.

Having stayed at 10+ guest houses and B&B's on the isle of wight we would now make this our first choice. Home now and missing the place - close to Sandown so dinners and attractions within walking distance and ample parking. A++++++DaveFamily with young children
