The rooms are beautifully decorated and all the furnishings are really good quality. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, in their restaurant that overlooks the picture perfect Yorkshire hills and all I can say is WOW! you will not be disappointed, the food here is outstanding (you have to try the crème brûlée, the best I’ve ever had).

Our breakfast was perfectly cooked and well presented. Our hosts couldn't do enough,were really pleasant and made us feel very welcome. There were tea and coffee making facilities in our room and toiletries in the bathroom. We would definitely recommend the guest house and would return.

Had 2 of the best nights sleep while staying in a hotel. Julie & Mikael have put so much thought & love into making it a lovely guest house. The little touches of a coffee machine & fridge with fresh milk in it really make it an enjoyable stay. I 100% recommended staying here to anyone. We will definitely be back

Loved the wallpaper, lighting and mirrors in particular. We stayed in a family room which was a great size with a gorgeous window seat. Great playground for kids. My room was clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities and the guest house is close to the North Beach and Peasholm Park. It was my first time to stay in a UK guest house so I wasn't sure what to expect. The hosts, Annie and Alex are wonderfully warm and make you feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be back to visit.
