Stayed in the same room as last time which was spotless and quiet, excellent breakfast. Ate in the restaurant both evenings, plenty of options and the food was fantastic.

Absolutely fantastic! You can see the owners have put their heart and soul into creating this hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and all the furnishings are really good quality. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, in their restaurant that overlooks the picture perfect Yorkshire hills and all I can say is WOW! you will not be disappointed, the food here is outstanding (you have to try the crème brûlée, the best I’ve ever had).

The location was great, it was very close to Peasholm Park, Northstead Manor Park and the North bay. Our breakfast was perfectly cooked and well presented. Our hosts couldn't do enough, were really pleasant and made us feel very welcome. There were tea and coffee making facilities in our room and toiletries in the bathroom. We would definitely recommend the guest house and would return.

Just had a lovely 2 night stay at this lovely guest house. The rooms are spotlessly clean. Bed was super comfy. Had 2 of the best nights sleep while staying in a hotel. Julie & Mikael have put so much thought & love into making it a lovely guest house. The little touches of a coffee machine & fridge with fresh milk in it really make it an enjoyable stay. I 100% recommended staying here to anyone. We will definitely be back

Ideal location for us. Close to the beach, not far from Scarborough Spa and Close to the local amenities. This guest house is great. The owner Steve is a very nice chap, helpful too. Breakfast is worth the stay alone.

The property is beautifully decorated. Farmhouse style with modern touches. Loved the wallpaper, lighting and mirrors in particular. We stayed in a family room which was a great size with a gorgeous window seat. Great playground for kids. Stunning location and great food in the restaurant at both breakfast time and for dinner. Would definitely recommend.

What an amazing find. My room was clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities and the guest house is close to the North Beach and Peasholm Park. It was my first time to stay in a UK guest house so I wasn't sure what to expect. The hosts, Annie and Alex are wonderfully warm and make you feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be back to visit.

Fabulous room, everything you need in there. Spotless everywhere. Superb guest house. I recommend the boiled eggs and soldiers for breakfast with home made bread. My fella said the full English was his winner.
