Room and decoration very dated indeed. It was just ok but the rooms desperately need a refurb. New carpets and furniture. Does not need to be modern but carpet was from 80’s and room was newly painted but sadly needs more. Dinner was what you expect in a bar restaurant. Ok but not very special. Breakfast was ok too and at least cooked to order…..and a good choice. Only one lady serving so she was very stretched but still nice and chatty!!

Staff are welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Breakfast is very good, and there is a varied menu and plenty of choice. We ate out the rest of the time, so I can't comment on lunch or dinner. The rooms are very comfortable and warm. the bathroom was spacious, and we stayed in an accessible room that was well-designed.

The staff at the hotel and restaurant were 1st class, we couldn't have wished for better facilities and friendliness of the staff. The air conditioning had broken down before we arrived but the manager had gone out and bought fans for all the rooms which helped tremendously with the humid conditions in the hotel, we are looking forward to our next visit to Sheffield and will definitely be staying at the Innkeepers again.

Great pub downstairs. Nice innkeeper. The location of the inn is great as well, just at the edge of Sheffield city center, very close to historic Kelham island. Rooms are cozy and have a nice view. We will definitely consider the crow inn again when we're back in sheffield.
