The staff more than helpful, showing me not only the room but also how to get in and out, out of hours. To say the room was clean would be an under statement. The whole place was clean and very well looked after, I will be more than happy to stay there again when I am next in the area. It would have been rude not to have a pint at the bar, again outstanding

GREAT location for Pre-cruise. Not very walkable area for sighteeeing. Dinner at the hotel was okay. Not what we expected for authentic fish'n chips. Breakfast was good. Staff great. Room was very good for a one night sleep after a long flight. This location and hotel fit the need perfectly.

History of the tavern and area related to Titanic. Freindliness of staff. Wish we had more time before we had to leave town.

Great location, right in the citycentre, beautiful hotel. Like that you can check in & out on your phone. Had dinner at Marco Pierre White's restaurant, best burger I've had in a long time.

The room was a good size, the bed was really comfortable, the waffle dressing gowns were a nice touch, the mini bar was well stocked. The heating/climate control worked efficiently and quickly. We needed somewhere close to Town Quay and the location could not have been better. Dinner was delicious!!
